If you get crappy service, post in the feedback forum; other buyers want to know before they committ their $$. Just keep your post factual, honest, and written in a non-vindictive manner. Please try hard to work out your issues before posting. No one maintains a cheerful attitude if they have been called out on the internet before they have spoken to you.
If you get great service from a sponsor, post it in the feedback forum. They like seeing it.
