i just got my 3200 vig restalled to 4400. both stalls feel the same from a stop. the 4400 is slightly more loose but its hardly noticable. Except when you nail it it f*#$ing rips so much harder than the 3200. plan on running a tranny cooler, the heat gain from a stall will definately roast your trans.

I say do 4400 with a nice tranny cooler (around 100 bucks for the cooler). i dont daily drive mine because i have no time to drive it but it is definately dd material. no question. dont waste your time or money trying a small stall go big the first time and save your money.

As far as brand....Yank makes a nice converter. if i could get a different converter id do the yank 4400. i experienced some vibrations with the vig before the restall.

ive been in many cars with a yank.... thats what im going with. you dont want to go with a huge stall for a dd unless you dont really care what you sound like. go with a yank 3500. youll be happy with it. what are your plans for the car in the future? +1 for the cooler

Between $700 and $1000, depending on the model and stall rpm you choose.
