what all needs to be done to convert an m6 car to a th400?? i want to try it...

i went from an a4-a3... but id say the only thing different would be taking things out that you arent using for the a3 like the clutch pedal and stuff, to run an aftermarket shifter most people use a six speed consol and need to have the computer flashed to think its a 6-speed, and you already have that, so i say it would be easier than when i did it.

There is a good sticky at the top of the auto trans page with a lot of info on what needs to be changed.
