ok i have a built six speed in my car now but i am thinkgin serious of goin to a automatic for a consistent car .i drive my car every day so i need a trans with overdrive so it want be wound up to tight.my mods are in my sig plus i will prolly have a cam,and heads also to that list before to long what is my options what automatic would benifit me the most and would i have to get a new driveshaft also thanks

 

Yes, a automatic is better for racing and alot easier on a 10 bolt. Yes, your driveshaft will work. But, you will have to completly re-program your pcm. And, buy a wire harness for your year car or make your own wire harness (thats what I did)

 

If your interested in doing a m6 to a4 swap ive got a a4 car that i will dontate my a4 for your m6. in other words i want to swap transmissions with ya!
