2000 trans am mods,vortex muffler,holley filter,ls1 airlid,TCI 3000 converter,gutted cats,273 gear ratio,
best before converter. best with converter.

This was done on the stock goodyears.Car also ran 13.036,104.27 and by the way that was with stock mass air meter ,did a test with slp 85 mass air meter and the car ran 13.18 at 103.23 car slowed down everywhere.So stock one stays in SLP is for sale. Made one pass on NOS 90 shot heres what it did .R/t .572

mph 0000 didnt work
1000 10.409
1/4 12.417
mph 112.08

So thats my test session pretty happy with converter for 450.00 much more fun now.Ordered nittos cant what to launch out the hole with spray. Thanks guys for all the help along the way .

Dude that kicks ***, I just put a TCI 3500 in my 02 SS, have not been to the track yet but this looks promising.I'll post times when I get em. I ran a Mustang the other night he was sprayin and I walked him thru first and sec then had to lift( racing thru the center of town) <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" /> she feels really strong.

Great times on stock tires. What is your str? Does TCI offer custum str's?

I believe the str on the 3000 stall is 2.1.

Those are the best results I've heard with a TCI converter in a 4L60E! That's a pretty nice bang-for-the-buck if you ask me. I'll give ya a few months tops before you want more stall. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />

I bought mine from jegs.I think the price was 449.00 They also sell the super street fighter I think for 489.00. Check out TCI auto on the net .

That's a nice gain. I assume weather conditions were pretty close?

Borrow some nittos and let's see what it can really do in the 60'
