Shift kits!!! Ok i got a B&m shift kit and do my lack of transmission skillz i screwed up the install and i think im going to get a transgo shift kit to rebuild the valve body with. So my question is what does the transgo shift kit come with (like what springs, gaskets, ect.) and does it come with a new metal spacer plate thing that goes between the 2 gaskets that seal the lower valve body to the upper valve body cause B&m told me to drill some holes and put an aluminium sluge in mine and i assume ill need a new one of those.

Personally I think the transgo kit is a good move , But no it will not come with a plate , but you can order that from them also .

The Trans-Go Performance Shift kit as is, will hold about 450HP and about 500HP max, but it can be modified to handle much more. The Trans-Go is a much better valve body kit than the B&M. Yes, the valve body plate from Trans-Go is available.
