Default A4 wont shift fast when N2O is on, HELP

Damn trans wont shift on time when nitrous is on, It goes normal, but when nitrous goes in it gets crazy, like it stays in 6 to 6500k rpm for like 2 or 3 seconds and then shifts, so it sux and my numbres at the track are never accurate because of that. Im done I need something to fix it ASAP, or wich trans to get if the car will stay more for the track than street.
Thanx and help please

you can fix that with a tune, they can lower the shift points a little. mine does that. i have noticed if i set the window switch off at 5800 and leave the trans in third it doesn't do it as much. before my tune on the 2-3 shift the car would bounce of the limiter 3-4 times before shifting.

Are you spraying through the shifts or do you have a window switch to shut it off during shifts?

You need to tune your car to shift a couple hundred rpms before you want it to shift when spraying. You also need have your window switch pilled to shut off at least 200 rpms before your shift and come back on about 100 rpms higher afterwards so it can fully shift before the kit licks back in. Thats what I had to do with mine.

There's your problem. A lot of people dont spray through the shifts, even on a built 4l60e. Come on it's a 4l60e it's not the worlds most bullet-proof trans

+1 for tranny taking a . Spraying through the shifts isn't the best idea unless you've built the trans to handle it.....even then I'd be skurd to do it.

well if you plan on spraying all the time, might as well get a rebuild..
