Default Pulling Tranny Question

ok, Im going to pull my tranny tomorrow. I think it is the cause of my vibration and I am going to get it built and a converter made for it. My question is will I run into problems considering the tranny and converter will be out of the car for a while? It will be in a garage but not heated, I just didnt want to hurt or run into problems with the car.
