what converter with my setup?

what converter with my setup? I have a nitrous rated pro yank 3600 extreme converter in my car now, and it's way too tight. The converter barely stalls up to 1500rpm. I'm sure this is a great nitrous converter, but my car is mostly a motor car. I just had the tranny built and had the converter checked. I went to the track yesterday and was only pulling 2.0 60's on MT et streets. My mods are in my sig.
My question is... what converter, under4k stall, will provide the best launch on my setup while maintaining efficiency?
btw: I drive this car 2-3 times a week, but i do use it on road trips.
