The limiter is set to 6500 currently which was only because my car wasn't making anymore power above that due to a slipping converter. I would also be cutting off the spray before shifts as to not blow the trans.

well i have just heard from previous experiences that people have sprayed a non nitrous TC with out any issues. but as i said when you start spraying the big shots you will need the anti ballooning plate! if you're only going to be spraying a 100 shot you are plenty fine with like a yank 3600 or 4000.. a 150 shot is a shoot and miss type deal some people have been fine with it but some have junked there TC also. i really dont see how the anti ballooning plates will bring the stall down whether its on motor or nitrous the stall should always be the same, just when the nitrous is engaged it will get to the rpm alot quicker.

its not the balloning plate, its that i believe a yank rated at 3600 for your stock motor is going to stall alot higher n/a than a converter rated for nitrous, since from what i hear the torque is what decdes where ti stalls and the sudden amount of torque will flash it up much higher
