4L60E Question Ive got a 99 T/A, when i get on it it seems to hold the 2nd-3rd gearshift for 3-4 seconds, it does a similar thing in the 3rd-4th gearshift to. Is this normal? Is there a way to fix it?

Ok, when i take off i floor it till 70 then let out, it takes a few seconds before it will shift into 3rd then into drive..
