is it a big problem ? my problem with my 98 ss is, when i bring my car to 4000 or 5000rpm on P or N, it suddenly steps 10-20 cm forward altough it is still on P or N. is this the problem with transmission? i replaced the transmission kit 2 months ago as 3rd gear was broken. that stupid man couldnt put the parts in together well i think. comments pls.

No you dont have a th350 unless you or someone else out it there you have a 4l60e.
but the slight pull forward is common to some exstent it may just be some drag on tight clutch sets or if its only happening really high and the aux springs were left out of the 3-4 clutch pack it could be the 3-4 clutch appling centrifically ,At anyrate I just wouldnt set and rev it that high in neutral or park its probably not a problem
