my stage 2 and 3500 rpm stall verter should be here tomorrow. hopefully ill have it installed wednesday, in time to drive the goat to CA that night. too bad my long tubes didnt arrive yet

well, trans and verter arrived today. hopefully theyll be installed this weekend. is there any reccomended break in period for the trans?

pour about half a quart to one quart in converter,install , with wheels raised no brak applied add 6 quarts of fliuld, start car with shifter in neutral add till full aprox 12 quarts, put shifter in all positions the in manual first then accelerate and move shifter through gears , do this several times, Turn car off check for leaks allow to set aprox 20 minutes ,Put car on ground and start in park , check fluild add till at the full mark hot. Let idle for 10 minutes or so and then check level again top off if nessesary , go drive around aprox 10 miles lots of starting and stopping you can get on it some, no power brake or dead stand still wot launches , Park car let set several hours , start car run untill at operating temp and recheck fluild , now drive it like you want to ,
