Shift Kit
If the bottom has been cut out so you can see the air filter form under the car, you have the "Free Ram Air."
If you see a conical K&N filter, you'd need to look at your hood if you have a WS6 and see if the baffles were removed, if so then your RAM air should be functional and the equivalent of a "cold air kit."
As for the shift kit, I don't know of any way to check for one without cracking open the transmission, or asking the previous owner.
If you can see through it clearly without any obstructions the baffles are removed. If you see two upward curved pieces of plastic then the baffles are still in there.
The plastic pieces are there to deflect rain so it won't go directly into the air intake.
Many people remove those plastic pieces for true ram air. I'm sure if you search on here someone has a writeup on how to remove them.
I have a different hood than you, but in my SIG pic below, do you see how you can see the purple light throught he nostrils of my hood? That's similar to how a WS6 hood looks when you remove the baffles.
