4l65e wiring ???? Please Help do you have to use the PRND321 wiring or can you just use the wiring that goes to the valve body? I know the PRND wires will send a signal to increase idle when in gear and for the neutral safety but will keep it from running or shifting right? My neutral safety on the console shifter and I have a 3000 stall so neither will help if I am thinking correctly. Any help would be appreciated.

the prndle does much more it actually tells the ecm what gears selected , but you allready have one under dash and it should work you do noy have to adapt to the one on the transmission to , The one you have will serve the purpose , now if the unit your installing has the long shaft for the prndle and your old one didnt you might want to swap it.for the short one in original tranny so linkage lines up correctly
