Did you not say it would be sent out monday/tuesday of last week??? And now next week??? Not my problem who you choose for a delivery carrier. It is not here when promised. Again, not bashing your product, but now your service. We can go on and on. I paid and still have no product.

Not trying to get in a pissing match, but after a about a month, I'd like to drive my car. Is that not fair???

 

So I ask you You sell something , UPS loses it , Now you dont have a part to reship imediatley now put yourself in our shoes whats the solution
Ship a unit prepared for someone else if available and **** off another customer(we didnt that was thought of)
sad part is thats the only option, and we tried but you dont see that)
or the fact that we will have to wait two to three months to have any hope of seeing the money we spent to build the second one, I noticed in several of our competitors statements on there site they say we are not responsible for shipping thats the carrier,
Many would say well we will have to wait till its settled with them we do not , im not out to argue , But we are working to get you another on the way and your trashing us in the forums for non delivery is that fair?
