Installation of FLP IV trans question
With in the next couple of weeks, I will be installing my new FLP level IV trans and was hoping someone who has already done this, could give me some pointers. As far as installing the vaccumm line, is it really as easy as T-ing it into the brake booster hose? Is there any kind of brake-in period required? Will the install be just like the way it came out. What kind of ATF is recommended with this trans? Exactly how many quarts of it will i need, including my 9 1/2 VIG 3600. Should i buy a deep pan for it, or does it come with one? Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />
i use to have one vacume is t'd to the brake booster easy as it sounds, dont use synthetic fluid in it either. it goes in jus how you take it out only diffrence is you have a vacume line now.
