Re: TH-350 Actually, you stand to gain some, as the TH350 is more efficient than the 4L60E, and has less internal reciprocating weight.
The downside is the loss of an overdrive, and a taller 1st gear ratio (2.52 in the TH350 vs. 3.06 in the 4L60E).

Re: TH-350 I lost 30RWHP and gained 28 RWTQ switching from a T-56 to a TH400 If that helps any

Forgot I switched from a stock 10-bolt to a 9" with 4.11 gears at the same time. So there's a little power in that 30 that the 9" is eating as well
