Installed converter, car feels slower

Installed converter, car feels slower My 2000 SS has a borla cat back, MTI lid, underdrive pulley, ported throttle body, and I just installed a Vigilante 3600 stall converter. Now the car feels faster off the line, but feels like it has no power from a rolling start. The last ET the car ran was 13.2 at 104 before the converter. Is it normal to feel slower on a rolling start with the converter ?? Thanks in advance.

Re: Installed converter, car feels slower Depends, from what MPH are you doing the roll punch? If it is from like 70, yeah it won't feel any faster (but it is). Try doing a roll punch from 45-55 ... <img border="0" alt="[Burnout]" title="" src="graemlins/burnout.gif" /> ... you'll feel the difference. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />
