ls2 flexplate?

ls2 flexplate? will a ls2 flexplate bolt right up to a ls1? if not what do i need? i have heard that the ls2 flexplate is alot stronger, especially alot more than my 02 flexplate which is suppose to be weak.

would it be a worthwhile upgrade over my 02 flexplate i know they are weak..and a cracked flexplate is the last thing i want...i know i can get a tci and ati flexplate which is SFI apporved etc, but Yank told me a ls2 flexplate was a good option...
