Default question about converter install

putting in a vig 3200 tommorow dont have a tranny cooler yet will the ones at local auto parts store be ok will the car be ok to drive without cooler if i dont go wot thanks rich

With any stall I'd recommend a cooler. Should be able to find a B&M cooler locally (24K comes with everything you need). If you can't find one quick you should be fine w/o one temporarily. I did my stall first, cooler a few weeks later.

you better get a cooler ASAp, especially with the unseasonably warm weather, like previously stated, don't beat on it until then.. someone posted this the other day, here's your stock cooler, in the middle...

That thin strip is the stock cooler? Wow, I would have thought it was more than that.

To the original poster, I have a temp gauge and going WOT, even WITH a cooler, you can literally see the temp gauge climb. B&M 24K cooler and it will go well over 200*. Normal driving is fine though. The more the converter is locked up, the better.
