Default YANK th400 crossmember help

I bought a crossmember from yank part #103. I went to bolt it up today and the transmission mounting point is 5-6 inches away from the mount on the transmission. The torque arm mount hits the transmission tailshaft. Well here are the pics... I have a th350, but the part description says th400. I think there isn't a 5-6" difference between the th350 and th400 in length. I am not sure though. Can someone clarify? Yank is a great company. This thread is not meant to demean them in anyway. I am just wondering what I need to do to get this thing to mount up correctly. Is it possible that I got the wrong crossmember? The box says yc103, but maybe there was an error.

Thanks in advance for any help,
Chris

Just got a call in to Yank. The th400 mounts at the back, and the th350 mounts at the front. They just told me to ship the wrong one back and they will exchange it. Good customer service.
