Default Is there a defference in ratios?

I have noticed ever since I got my 99 SS, it seems like when I'm cruzing arond, the rpms are lower. When I'm cruzing at 60 mph my 95 A4 was right at 2000 rpm, and my 99's A4 is at 1800. Is therea difference in the ratios between years? Also, both cars have 3.23. I know this by the RPO code, and by checking the rpm's at speed.

Well the ratios in the a4 (4l60e)haven't changed, Many things can affect rpm . lockup, tire diameter, and of course its possible your speedometer or rpm are off a small amount
