Default Stall and no tune??

What happens if you put, oh a 3200 stall in and dont tune for it?? Will it not lock up?...Or will it lock up different? Same speed as stock? Etc. Basically trying to find out if you can install one and tune later...whats the story?

you can install one and tune later for it, I know severaly people who never got tuned after a converter install. I just went for a ride tonight in my buddies TA who just had a converter installed with no tune.

From our experience most of the time up to around 3000 stall everything seems to work fine in most cases with the stock tune

No need for tuning for just a stall like that. I had a 3500 stall with a stock tune for a long time, no problems.

Same as these guys. I had a 3600 and went with no tune for well over a year. Worked just fine...
