Default stall on a 111k trans

Ok im having trouble debating on whether or not to put a stall in my. Im getting a 3200 stall for 200. it works perfect and just can't pass it up. The problem im having is whether or not to rebuild my trans. it has 111k on it and is still the stock one. It runs great and doesn't slip at all. Let me know what you think.

Well any time you add something that will increase the maximum torque delivered to a transmission you do put strain on it and 111000 is alot of miles particularly in a performance car that has been driven that way.
