Default what tranny for 700+ ft-lbs

i have a 1/2 ton 4wd with a 6.0, yank, whipple, headers and exhaust. i would guess i am near 600ft-lbs. whipple puts the 6.0 with whipple at 550ft-lbs with stock exhaust. i am planing on more power in the future(heads, cam, 50shot, more cubes, more boost, water injection... not exactly sure but i could easily see 700+ ft-lbs in the future. whats the chances of a 4l60e holding up with the best build up(i launch in 4wd)? do i need to look at a diferent tranz altogether? what are my options? i think i need to figure this out soon, my tranz is acting prety strange right now.

The chances are not good.

Get a 4L80E and you'll never need another tranny.
