Default QaurterStick help!!!!! PiCS!!!

I just got my quarter stick in today.I have a reverse valve body.Isnt it suposed to work with the reverse valvebody by pulling first to second with no handle then stopping not being able to go to third. Then pull the handle to go from second to third???My works by having to pull the handle to get it out of first then by pulling it hard enough to come out of first it goes staight threw second to third.Did I get the shifter for a forward valve body???Seems like it..You guys have any thoughts?I dont think it can be modified

You are correct my friend....You sir have a FMVB gate on there...You're going to have to put a RMVB Gate...I had to do that with my B&M Pro Stick...

aright well I figured it out.Turns out the shifter for reverse valve body th350s and th400 is also for a PG.Its comes set up for a powerglide and you have to modify it a little bit.The instructions said it was suposed to come with a spacer but it didnt.I removed the part circled below to allow the shifter to go back one more gear and used a washer to fill the space back.Seems to work just like it should now!!!

Thats really the only difference between the Pro Stick and the Quarterstick.
The Pro Stick has changeable gate plates so you don't have to buy a new shifter if you change valve bodies or transmissions.
