Default 4l60e shifting problems??

Ok on my t/a, when driving normaly, as in not getting all over the throttle and being hard on my car the tranny shifts fine, notta problem. But when Im rolling and nail it, after it drops down a gear it wont upshift to the next gear. Is this an internal problem or could it be with the computer or combantion of the both???? Im puzzled. Help is needed please.

I dont know what gear it is. Actually come to think about it, If Im moving and it drops down into passing gear, no matter at what speed it usually does it. A friend and I are thinking its in the pcm tuning.
