Default TCI 3500-3800: So how high is the stall?

Getting myself a tci 3500-3800superstreet fighter converter and im wondering..... what is the REAL stall speed of this converter? why advertise a range? Does it lock up differently with different mods like gears or soemthing? And if you have one, whats your lockup at!!?!?

My First One Was 4200. Second 5000..

Stalls vary on their stall speed due to engine power output.
