TH400 built with TCI Super Pro Kit
TH400 built with TCI Super Pro Kit Does anybody know exactly how much horsepower these transmissions will handle? I know its pretty hard to break a TH400 in stock form... I have one in my 99 Trans am pushing about 420 horsepower. It was rebuilt with the TCI Super Pro Kit and it shifts like butter and feels super strong. I'm about to sell it and everybody allways wants to know how much it can handle. Its basically the same as the TCI Streetfighter transmissions.

Most of the TH400 rebuilt with a quality kit can handle 800HP.
The TCI kit is $300, thats cheap as hell to handle that much power.
