What does it consist of?

Shift points? Firmer shifts? I am just wondering what all it intales

You can vary all those things with tuning along with lockup parameters,

Here is a breakdown of what I will be doing this year. I've been making these plans for a long time...all of this can be done in the tune, and much more.

Disable TCC Lockup at 0% throttle
Enable TCC lockup in 3rd gear in "D" selection at 30mph
Edit shift points at WOT and PT
Edit downshift and converter unlock TPS values
Enable downshifting to 1st up to 35mph at WOT

Shift time tables
Shift torque reduction tables
PT upshift/downshift tables
WOT upshift/downshift MPH points
WOT upshift RPM points
TCC apply/release tables

If you have tuning software, you will see all this in there.
