Is it done? Hello,
I have a 95 Z28 with about 48,000 on it as of now and I think the tranny might be done. It doesnt shift into second at WOT or any other gear anymore, all it does now is bounce off the rev limiter till I let off. It is also a little hesitant to shift gears when driving normal, and when switching from Reverse to Drive. I do my fair share of racing but for the most part I drive it very civilized, because I feared of something like this happening. this slipping just started right after I replaced my broken tranny mount, I took it for a test drive got on it, and thats when this all started. Is there anything I can do, or is this tranny done? Any help would be appreciated.

Well first I would change the fluild and filter , If theres no debris in the pan excessive clutch material then I would replace the PCS , If there is any substaintial sludge in the pan I would just change the filter and fluild to get me by and order a trans and limp along with that one till it arrives ,
