MY pump seal seems to have been leaking and now that i have my block out it is the best time to change it my question is what kind should i look for and any tips on removing the pump and old seal and putting the new 1 in I have never done it before but it seems like I just unbolt the pump pull it out and put a new seal on but am I wrong.??

 

Don't take the pump out with it like that. You'll have to stand the transmission up on end if you want it to go back in. Plus, you're going to have to remove the filter and the tcc solenoid before the pump will come out.
