Default i have a turbo 400 from a 79 chevy pickup with a 454!

Ok, I have a turbo 400 from a 79 chev pick up with a 454 in it. The tranny has about 30k miles on it. what do i need to do to complete the whole swap into a 97 chevy z28 camaro lt1 133,000 miles.

what do I need for the swap gonna do it this week end! thanks in advance for the help!

did it already! just making sure i have everything!

1.tranny
2.torque converter
3.reprogram the pcm
4.tranny fluid
5.what else?

crossmember
adapter for the flexplate if you dont have a converter with a long hub
possibly flywheel bolts
converter bolts.
youre gonna have to rig up the linkage and find a vacuum source unless its a full manual.
shifter? you can use the stock one if you need to get by. set it up in N and 2nd gear on the shifter will actually be 1st. PRND will all work the same.
im sure there is more lil stuff.
plan for setbacks, but it should go decently smooth.
