4l65e 3-4 piston I am having a little trouble getting the 3-4 piston to go into the input housing and I dont remember having any trouble ever doing this but it has been a while. i have tools to install the forward and overun pistons but i cant find anything to install the 3-4 piston with, so I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions or could tell me where I can buy a tool to do it with. I am sure I am just not holding my mouth right. but maybe one of you pros can help me out.

If your speaking of the 3-4 piston very first one that goes into the drum and if its a 4l65e piston it should be a moulded piston but in either case you should be able to put a little petrolium jelly around it and then with a flat seal installer working around the drum just put it in they generally are not at all fussy

this one is fussy I have been using a feeler gauge and cant seem to get it started I am being cautious so I dont ruin the piston but I have done this before and I dont remember having any trouble.

parts I noticed that you are a vendor and was wondering if you sold kits and hard parts I did not see it on your home page. but if you do I would be happy to start buying my parts from you since you help me with my questions. Right now I only build a few here and there but as I get experience I would like to start doing more.
