torque management??
Do 2000's have torque management and if so how do I get rid of it? do I need to get any thing else tuned for the new tranny and 3000 stall?

yes, they have torque management.
you can get rid of it by having it professionally tuned, using software like HPTuners, EFILive or LS1Edit.
you may not need anything tuned at all with your new tranny and 3,000 stall, but you SHOULD DEFINITELY have a tranny cooler. you may need your shift points adjusted, too. also, if the tranny is a well-built unit, you should get rid of torque management altogether.
