A4 problems (shifting from 1st at 25mph under light load)

A4 problems (shifting from 1st at 25mph under light load) Ok, I dont think this is a mechanical problem, I am thinking it is in the tune or a sensor is not reading right. car has the stock tranny with a ss3600, and I just put in a tsp 228R cam. Everything is fine except in first gear it wants to shift at 25-30mph under light load. So under normal driving, it revs up really high or I have to feather the throttle to get it to shift into 2nd. All other shift points and fine. When it does shift to 2nd it feels really good. If i get into it a little more, it shifts just fine. I am going to the tuner today, and we are going to data log a bit, but I just thought I would post and see if anyone here can give me any advise.

what is VSS? sorry dumb question. TPS is what i was thinking, but I dont think those go bad that often. I would also think it would affect the car during other shift points.
vehical speed sensor and on tps that would be true but only at a given throttle, Now you are sure the shift isnt actally 1-3 is it and that you have a normal 4th

No I am not sure. I got on the highway today and I noticed at 60mph I was at 2500rpm, which is way to high. I am starting to think the tranny is taking a dump. So I am thinking 4th is messing up as well. or do you think it still be the vss or the tps. I am trying to get up with this guy to so we can data log it and see if the computer is telling it to shift. We did take the throttle off to do a throttle bypass, and i am hoping maybe the tps got messed up doing that.
