Hey Performabuilt Similar question to the other one, but what if any changed did GM make to the 4l60Es through out the 98-02 LS1 F-body models. I'm pretty sure the 2nd gear start option started with the 00 models, but I've never been sure if that was a function of the transmission or the PCM.
There were no changes of any consequence during that time , The second gear start is a PCM thing ,
