Default Dumb habit..

Every time i change gears i change gears i hold the brake down, as if its a clutch pedal for a standard

Just wondering.. it wouldnt hurt anything to go from drive -->2nd or 3rd while driving 60+ MPH would it?

Thats the worst think to do to the 4L60E trans. It won't last long. I ended up doing that for a month (it gets very addictive) and my trans ended up slipping and I only have 40k om my car. Get a stall and you will be happy.

Why are you guys manually shifting an A4? Just floor it and let it shift.
