What is that best transmission fluid to use?

I'm using Mobil 1 Synthetic ATF Multi-Vehicle Formula.

I used plain old GM Dexron III. It's designed to work with your clutch materials and if you're flogging the car you should be changing it much more often than the owner's manual suggests.
