Default A4 WOT shift point settings

WOT settings - do you use MPH or RPM as the guiding parameter for the 1-2 and 2-3 shift points?
I've been using RPM, my 1-2 shift is always right on the money but the 2-3 moves around.

As mentioned above both mph and rpm parameters need to be meet for the trans to shift as programed. The 2-3 shift always seems to be the harder of the two to get dialed in because of stall speeds and what not. Unless the 3-4 clutch is starting to fail. You might want to try starting a thread in the tuning section if you have not already done so. Good luck, Vince.

I'm with you on the two parameters needing to be met.
I've always set the MPH lower so the shift would occur at the RPM setting.
1-2 shifts where the RPMs are set, 3-4 doesn't always, it is usually higher than my RPM setting.
3800 Vigilante converter, RPM level V trans just refreshed.
It was suggested that I set the parameters the other way around for more consistancy.
