Default Flexplate differences

I have the 98 style flexplate with the bean shaped holes in it as well as the round holes. The stock converter used the bean shaped holes. I bought the 5.3L/6.0L dished flexplate that only has the round holes in it. I've been told that it has a double bolt pattern. Can someone post a picture of it or confirm that it is indeed different than the stock LS1 flexplate. I know some trucks use the 4L80E which is th400 basically so the converter should work but the 5.3 doesn't come with a 4L80 that I know of so I might not be getting the right flexplate. All I know is that it is the only dished one that comes from the trucks with the round holes. I've also been told this particular flexplate is no longer made. Any info is appreciated.

Thanks

Derek, didn't ya'll get the motor runnin already? What dod you have in there now?

I was told that the 98 flexplate had a dual pattern. I only have one set of holes in mine. ATI built my convertor to fit that pattern. They went to a Chevy dealership and bought a LS1 flexplate off the shelf and used that pattern.

The motor is in I'm just waiting to get my fuel pump back in and my valve covers clearanced I've got a Precison Industries converter that Chuck at FLP got me when I ordered the tranny. I assumed it was right and its sit there since December of last year or so before I even tried matching it to me flywheel. My flywheel has 6 holes in it and is a 98 flywheel. It has 3 bean shaped and 3 round holes. The holes in my converter aren't spaced apart though. They are together angled away from each other. I orderd the truck flexplate that supposedly has the round holes and the double pattern but I'm not sure if its right either. I guess all I can do is wait and see.
