Re: How much Horsepower can the 4L60 You missed the most important part. The clutches. Leave the clutches stock and it won't take much for long. I'd go with Alto clutches and a kevlar band while I was in there.
How much? Better question is how much for how long. I mean, it'll take 600 RWHP for a little while. It used to take 525 RWHP for ~65 passes for me.
