Launching on a PG

Launching on a PG I have a JW Promod Powerglide leftover from my aborted 95mm turbo build 
, and want to use it in my 408 Nitrous car (since no-one wants $4500 PG)
My question is with a 4.10 gear & 29.5" tire will the 1.8 low gear be to much to work properyl.
Car is a 14.0:1 408, ET 265's solid roller, on a dual stage Kit 150/100.
30XXlb race weight.
Anyone see it having any problems getting of the line Properly?
