Is the vibration just the clutch chattering? The clutch will chatter for about 300 miles. Is it a new RAM? The onlyplace I know of that will flash the PCm is a GM dealer. Good Luck. I always wanted to put a M6 in my 99 A4 ...I didn't think it was possible.

Default did a4 to m6 and have questions....

I'm doing a a4 to m6 conversion and everything has gone fine untill I got it together. The car has a ram clutch kit with flywheel and pressure plate, 2002 master, and mccloud slave. I just got it together last night and it has vibrations in it at high rpms, and when it is under a heavy load. The transmission shifts fine, and when the car is under just half throttle or so the car does fine. The clutch engaguement and everything else is okay. Any ideas as what it might be, or anything i can do to trouble shoot it ? Also where wouls be the closest place to get the computer flashed for it to work right with a six speed, I was told gm would do it, but gm in my area said they dont have a program for it.....
