converter lock up

converter lock up just installed hotcam.macs/ory and tuning.
midwest converter 3000 stall w 2.5 str.lid, dynomouth,pace vv maf and ls1 edit tuneing.
converter before the cam install would lock up at 40 mph or right in that area. Now it will lock up for just a second at that speed then will unlock and lock up again at 55 mph like clockwork.This only seems to happen at a little less than half gas?It also only does this in od, if i leave it in d it does'nt seem to happen and it does'nt happen at full pedal? Check the fluid levels and they are fine. Any ideas why?

Re: converter lock up Did they change your lock-up settings?
Did they turn off misfire detection or set the temp to essentially bypass it? Deleting the P0300 code is not enough.
How are your LTRIMs?
