hey guys my tranny fluid was about half a quart low and it was acting a little wierd. i added a half quart of atf and the problem went away.
it seemed to shift firmer than normal but seems to be fine now but i was wondering if i could of hurt any thing?

 

you should never have to add fluid you got a leak somwere .

 

More than likley you didnt hurt anything , The 4l60e is however very sensitive about fluild level even being a little low

 

ya it started shifting a little wierd not real bad like it was broke but just a bit different that im used to.added some fluid and it was fine
