Is this possible with a converter I want to launch at the same rpm or slightly more,500 rpm higher max than stock but on the shifts I want it to stay high in the rpm's and not come back down like stock.
Re: Is this possible with a converter What you want is more shift extesion without a huge increase in stall. Best way to do that is by getting a smaller diameter converter with a high stall torque ratio. One of the best is the Vigilante 2800. Another is the Yank 3000. These will eliminate the dead spots when the shifts drop back without giving you excessive stall.
