4l60e to 6l80 swap?

4l60e to 6l80 swap? Has anyone heard of the 6l80 6 speed auto that is supposed to come out or is already out? I would like to put a six speed auto in my 2002 camaro. If anyone knows anything let me know.

seriously, search. this topic has been covered many, many, many, many times. you can't put a 6L80 in an f-body for a number of reasons. don't expect the swap to happen anytime soon. it would require a whole standalone unit to control the transmission since the computer is internal in the 6L80, not external. again, don't expect this ANYTIME soon.
