what are common symptoms of a bad stall
Tranny runs hot 220+ with a tranny cooler added
At freeway speeds the stall does not lock and hovers around 70 (whatever that number is in EFI)
Just yesterday I noticed that at 5K rpm up the tranny is slipping.
When freeway driving between 55-80 the car will hunt for gears randomly??
Does all this sound stall related or could I just have a really bad tune? The tranny was perfect before the conversion. Thanks for any info you have.
Stall is a Yank Stealth 3000 and when I 'flash" it or floor it so to speak it does not seem to just lock at 3K like I thought. It is more like stock.
What was the ratio of the original rear end?
Was the converter purchased to go with that ratio rear end?
